The 2011 Field Days Cooking Demonstrations will take an exciting new direction into tasty delicious healthy eating made fun.
Sprout is an Adelaide baded company dedicated to getting people in the kitchen, cooking healthy meals, in a fun hands-on environment, all the while educating them about cooking, the foods they eat and how it relates to their health.
Presenter will be Themis Chryssidis - Accredited Practising Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Personal Trainer. Pictured Left.
